My favorite Urban Legend is The Dead Body Under Your Freaking Mattress. This particular Urban Legend is about dead bodies being found decomposing under hotel and motel mattresses. A couple was at a hotel and they had complained to the hotel staff that there was a very foul smell in their room. A staff member suggested that the smell was coming from under the bed. The mattress was taken off to expose a rotting girl had been stuffed in the box spring. It has been proven that this particular accident did happen in a Las Vegas hotel. There have been other reported accidents of dead bodies being found in hotel rooms in Kansas City, Montana, Atlantic City, New Jersey, Florida, and California.
This is my favorite Urban Legend from the ones I've read so far because it was actually proven true and I travel a lot. It makes me think that maybe that could happen to me while staying in a room and I kind of think it would be some what funny but not really. I just think that it would be an experience to experience that. I think it would make me have a deeper respect for corpses.

One of things that has sparked my interests was an assignment we did on pictures that had been modified or changed to make someone look better or to portray a certain image. Another assignment was one where we had to write out scripts showing the effects of violence in the media. The last one was where we got to act out skits that our other class mates wrote out. Outside of school I lead a very normal, laid back life. I have my goals set very high and I try to keep myself in order to make sure nothing can hinder me from doing what I want to do in life.
